Hi , Recently i tried a new language known as Modular's Mojo , It is like what typescript was to javascript it's Modular to python. I am not a great complex model builder 😅 but what I did was i tried the modular build code in raspberry Pi board . Mojo is really fast in terms of computing the iot devices and real winner if you are going to build any iot related application. Python which was lagging when getting the context I had to make several threads for make it faster . But mojo is really doing a quite a well job at real time data fetching. I haven't given any comparison or definition over what that language is because I believe you should try then u can believe in the language. just one linear mojo is a really fast compiled language. I know it's not ready for production. I'm pleased to share a recent project I worked on with Praful Sawarkar : A wirelessly controlled digital signage board using Raspberry Pi. This IoT solution combines the power of React, Flutter, and Django Rest Framework to deliver dynamic content seamlessly. My contributions: - Developed the Flutter app for controlling the signage board's interface. - Contributed to implementing the project on Raspberry Pi OS (Linux) for smooth integration and operation. - Designed and implemented the backend using Django Rest Framework for efficient data handling and communication. This experience provided valuable insights into handling multimedia content, compression techniques, control signals, and database management within an IoT framework. For them, the real excitement lies in experiencing the tangible effects firsthand, rather than merely observing basic hello-world messages on a computer screen. In this video, I'll introduce you to an engaging approach for exploring #aws #iot connectivity and its real-world implications using affordable and readily available hardware components sourced from online stores. For this demonstration, I'll be utilizing an affordable($30) #GL.iNet pocket router as an IoT End-Node. This router runs on a custom-built #openwrt #linux image and hosts an AWS IoT device agent service based on the aws-iot-device-sdk-cpp-v2. The webUI of this custom Linux image allows you to easily configure and provision AWS IoT-specific settings such as device-certificates/private-keys/Endpoints. Additionally, through the WebUI, you can tailor various trigger events for specific publish/subscribe topics and execute diverse actions using custom scripts to control a range of hardware accessories including switches, relays, LEDs, sensors, and more. What About an Operating System for AI? The operating systems you are all familiar with are general-purpose, meaning they are agnostic regarding the applications they run (more than one). However, the reflection I want to share is this: a system specifically designed for a single AI application, without any unnecessary features. To give you an idea, something like MS-DOS or, more recently, Windows IOT Core (but without the limitations that hinder its usage). The goal would be to achieve maximum performance and robustness.
