US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has released its first set of finalised encryption algorithms to protect devices from quantum computers. Sectigo's Chief Compliance Officer, Tim Callan, was featured in Silicon Republic after last year speaking about the challenges in adopting quantum-resistant encryption, the possibility of hybrid certificates and the ongoing threat of ‘harvest and decrypt’ tactics.
