Unfair Denial of FNF,
Resignation and KT Process Completion
• I resigned from Vidhema Technologies on 10 January 2024.
• I was outsourced to another company and completed the Knowledge Transfer process.
• I was released from the outsourced project on 19 January 2024.
Unfulfilled Promise of FNF Settlement
• On the same day (19 January 2024), I visited Vidhema Technologies for further discussion.
• I was informed that my Full and Final Settlement (FNF) would be processed within 45 days.
Legal Notice Received for Incomplete Notice Period
• Despite the promised timeline, my FNF has not been settled till date.
• I sent emails requesting my rightful dues and documents.
• In response, I received a legal notice from Vidhema Technologies.
• The notice claims that I did not complete my notice period and that my absence has caused financial losses to the company.
Dispute Regarding Financial Losses
• I am unable to comprehend how my absence could result in financial losses for Vidhema Technologies.
• I was released from my project and was not assigned to any other projects during the notice period.
Expression of Rights Abuse
• I believe that this legal notice is an abuse of my rights as an employee.
