📣 SAUDI ARABIA - SECURITIES BUSINESS REGULATORY UPDATE: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has invited all stakeholders and participants in the Saudi Arabia stock exchange (Tadawul) to provide feedback on proposed amendments to the licensing requirements for brokerage firms as outlined in the Capital Market Law. 🔍 Currently, brokerage firms are required to be Capital Market Institutions licensed to conduct “Custody” and “Dealing” activities.
