Have you started respecting your own time? And respecting the time of others. Based on the previous video that I had shot on the topic of time management. Then, Sir. You only know. Whether it's yes, no or somewhere in between. There have been requests. Asking me to give little more insights into time management. My lesson and this is what I have gathered over this 37 years of work life. His first each person should do. The work. Which benefits the level of that person in any organization. Mine is more valuable than the person who's less experience than me. Even the person. Whose writing the MOM? Has only three or the most 5 opportunities to get the MO vetted by me before releasing it to the client. Are you aware of a concept called a circadian rhythm? If you are not, Google it out. It is a cycle which all of us follow. It's an individual cycle and that's what makes some of us. More productive in the early morning hours and some were greatly productive after midnight. That's the circadian rhythm. Neither is right, neither is wrong. So the rule is, whenever you are at the height of your productivity and energy, that is the time you must devote. To doing tasks which require greater attention, greater detailing, greater thinking, because the probability of you getting it right in a short time or a shorter time is higher when your energy is higher. For example, routine e-mail checking cannot be the first thing that one does. Sitting at the office desk. You need to create an important document. You need to think of a strategy. These are things which are not a day-to-day routine work. That is when you must intersect your high energy circadian rhythm. With the high demanding task that you are undertaking. The Third Point is.
