It's a been while, but it's Friday. Summer is on the horizon. I can say this when you can finally walk outside during a warm Chicago morning and layers are a thing of the past. Just typing this is a mistake; it will probably snow tomorrow. With this exciting time, comes events and festivals. Concerts, Lollapalooza, ball games, cookouts, they're all back. What's also back is the need to staff them appropriately. You ever been to a festival and the crowds outnumber the beer tents 4,000 to 1? Yeah me too, knowing full well I'll give them $18 for a tall boy of Budlight to be warm halfway through it. Covid was a huge set back for so many companies adjusting to public gatherings again. It took a while for many organizations to build back a confident roster of workers they could lean on. Some are still in this rebuilding process. This article does a great job of explaining the effects of short-staffed events. There's so many things to cover when you're preparing for them - food, music, ambience, etc. https://lnkd.in/gvTmnksG Don't let inadequate staff be an extra issue, especially when there is on-demand labor now to supplement it so easily. (Changes your mindset to growth mindset) Step 5. Change your mindset to view the negative self-talk from a positive perspective (Heals your brains' filter from a negative bias to a positive bias) KNOW: -You Are Worthy (YOU WERE BORN WORTHY. stop letting someone else define you) -You Are Enough (AT THE MOMENT OF YOUR EXISTING. stop comparing yourself) -You Don't Have to Win (YOU'RE ALREADY A WINNER) -You Have Enough (You can choose Scarcity Mindset or Abundance) Connect with me: Amber Ontiveros

LaToya Jackson I bumped into and worked with LaToya Jackson while she was providing Mobile Bartending Services during tapings of the Morgan Angelique Show. I played music while she served drinks. Often provided by Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. Most of this happened before the show, during breaks, and sometimes after. It was a grand old time. We had our own tiny parties together. It wasn't all just partying and drinking since she showed out like a Master Mixologist, mixing those flavors together just right. I was happy to taste test and give my opinion too. Like an old commercial 'Shake N Bake, and I helped!' After that she was also willing to participate in experimental joint ventures like the FREE Christmas Party / Midwestern Disc Jockey Coalition Meet & Greet on 12/23/22 and the FREE Summer Party - June 23rd, 2023 that were both @ Esoteric Brewery in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is just as masterful at socializing and moving her business forward. Always a joy and a pleasure to be around and work with adds to the joy and pleasure of the mixed drinks that she will provide.
