🌟 Meet Alan: Inspiring Students, One Lesson at a Time! 🌟 At WCIG (RTO #4185), we’re excited to introduce Alan, one of our passionate trainers dedicated to helping students transform their lives through communication and learning. Alan teaches our Certificate I (22638VIC), II (22639VIC) and III (22640VIC) in English as an Additional Language (EAL). Recently, Alan shared a little insight into his journey and teaching philosophy: 👨🏫 What drives him: Helping people communicate, understand, and progress to create better lives is what inspired Alan to become a trainer. He believes in not just teaching, but empowering students to use the language confidently in everyday situations. 🎉 A proud moment: One of his standout success stories is a student from a Vietnamese background who opened her own business while still in class! 💼🚀 💬 His teaching style: He encourages students to use the language, not just learn it. It’s about building real-world confidence and communication skills. 💡 Advice to students starting their journey: “Don’t be shy if your language isn’t perfect! Use it in daily communication, and it will improve.” 📚 Favourite part of the curriculum: The speaking and listening units are key. Without strong communication skills, reading and writing alone won’t help students thrive.
