Animal walks are physical activities where individuals imitate the movements of different animals, such as crawling like a bear, jumping like a frog, or walking like a crab. These exercises are commonly used in physical education, occupational therapy, and pediatric development programs to enhance motor skills, balance, coordination, and strength. By engaging in these playful movements, children can improve body awareness and muscle control in a fun and engaging way, promoting overall physical development and sensory integration. #RaiseAgainstAutism #PinnacleSaysItAll #PinnacleBloomsNetwork #1AutismTherapyCentresNetwork
