Hi everyone , I don’t know about you but for before sending an application or accepting a job offer I do some research to get more information about the campanie . And there is different way to do it but it’s an exemple : 1. Click 'Search on LinkedIn. 2. Find the company 3. Press the 'people button and filter it down. 4. Filter by 'location, and 'what they do' specifically. 5. Now, look for people who left the company recently. 6. To do so, click "all filters" and select 'past employees.' Send them this message: "Hi, I noticed you previously worked for company X. I'm considering signing an offer there. Would you be willing to share your previous experience there with me?" Remember, companies do their research on you. Make sure you research them back. #update #joboffer #researchjob #newpost #copy

Stop doing these things to increase your chances of getting hired! Do not put your picture on your resume. Do put a link on your resume to your linkedin profile. Do not put your home address on your resume. Put your email address and cell number only. Do not put references available upon request. It is a given if you get an offer you will provide references. Do not send a cover letter. Instead send a specific brief note to the person who post the position or to the Hiring Manager and or Sales Leader. Make sure your resume is current. Make sure your linkedin profile is current and matches your resume with dates and positions. Try to avoid applying online or at a job site. That is exactly what everybody else does. Try to find the hiring manager or Sales Leader and apply directly to them. Research the company before you apply to see if it is even a company that you would want to work for. Find positive ways to stand out. Graduated top of class out of 178 students. Won a scholarship for soccer/track or whatever. Try and give facts instead of adjectives. Keep it positive. The more strategic you are the higher your chances will be for a successful outcome. Good luck you got this!
