The percentage of U.S. workers testing positive for marijuana is on the rise as more states legalize it for medical and recreational use. According to Quest Diagnostics: 🔹Marijuana positivity in the general workforce increased to 4.5% in 2023, up from 4.3% in 2022. 🔹About 6,000 urine samples were classified as substituted, a sixfold increase from the previous year. 🔹Approximately 25,000 drug tests were deemed invalid due to suspected tampering. This alarming trend shows that more employees are not only using marijuana but also attempting to cheat on drug tests. https://bit.ly/45qDC9d
