The percentage of U.S. workers testing positive for marijuana is on the rise as more states legalize it for medical and recreational use. According to Quest Diagnostics: 🔹Marijuana positivity in the general workforce increased to 4.5% in 2023, up from 4.3% in 2022. 🔹About 6,000 urine samples were classified as substituted, a sixfold increase from the previous year. 🔹Approximately 25,000 drug tests were deemed invalid due to suspected tampering.
