According to section 83(4) of PAIA, the regulator can request the heads of private bodies to submit reports to them about requests for access to records that the private body holds. 📆 This is why we encourage you to attend this webinar on 25 June 2024 where we will empower you to do this important task annually and to avoid getting an information notice from the regulator for failure to submit correctly. 🖱 Sounds like a webinar you should attend?
