Today, alongside our HR Head, I had the privilege of addressing the monthly town hall having our permanent unionized blue-collar workforce and operating engineers.
We shared last month’s plant KPIs, guided by the SQCDME framework (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, Environment), and updated our team on key focus areas:
1-Addressing workforce efficiency and resource alignment.
2-Highlighting their feedback and how it drives our ongoing improvement.
3-Sharing exciting new developments and potential procedural changes that will impact daily operations, helping us stay ahead in performance and production goals.
4- Company Performance & Operational Efficiency Providing transparency on how we are tracking against our goals and what’s next for the plant.
We also launched an important Safety Initiative through a Breast Cancer Screening Camp for our female employees, reinforcing our commitment to employee well-being.
Finally, we celebrated the winners of our Suggestion Scheme, the Employee of the Month, the Rakhi-Making Competition, and introduced our new joiners, recognizing their fresh contributions to our growing team.
In a position of influence, I recognize the transformative power to make a meaningful difference. Understanding the heartbeat of Hyphens Pharma allows me to contribute not only to its success but also to its identity as an employer of choice.
