Don't Purse New Clients...❔ In this pursuit of more, you're gaining less. Let me explain⬇️ 🪙Existing client relationships are gold mines; they will produce more if you regularly tap into them. 💥Creating trust is time-consuming and counterproductive if you already have a pool of existing clients who have handed you theirs. 👀Existing clients likely want a reason to buy more, so you must create it. Building more depth in a client relationship by servicing them, even more, will create lifelong clients who are die-hard fans willing to try out any service and refer all their friends. If you take this advice to heart, I have two promises: 1. You will save time and headaches. 2. Your existing clients will thank you. #Sales

Are we exclusive? I hate those words. But in jet sales it's essential. Would you go all in on a relationship if you knew you weren't the only one in the picture? Why would anyone give 100% when there’s risk they’ll be cheated on, ditched or dropped for an alluring ‘better’ offer. It takes time and energy to do any job well. To prevent this, companies can: - Use rolling forecasts. - Align commissions with long-term goals. - Promote transparency and trust in the sales team.
