Will Generative AI be the one to pick up my challenge to AI to reprogram banks' ATMs to spot and apprehend "washed checks"? See my posts on my "Teller #4 Solution" to this persistent thievery that should have been ended by AI image recognition software years - even decades - ago. Let's team up together to put an end to this common fraud. I think AI should do it as a demo and, once proven to work, just give it away to banks for their ATMs -- for FREE.

It's an interesting list, but does anyone look at "n"? Over half of these companies are on these lists because exactly zero people voted for them. 36 of the 60 listed - 0 votes. The hype:reality dissonance is palpable in these charts. Generative AI, you have >4M followers. What happened? Note: I'd love to actually see what 4M people think are good tools. This phase of adoption is confusing as heck. Some guidance from the crowd would be super useful.

When did it become okay to market software that was not reliable. LLM's are not 100% accurate. I doubt they are even 80% accurate. They post things based on what they think the most probable answer should be. They have no common sense, they have no memory, they can not tell truth from fiction, and even old fashioned search engines are more reliable. If cars had run as bad as computers and software we would still be using horse and buggies.
