People are scared of the phone. It's rough, it's scary, it's vulnerable. You're out there, you know, just putting out just on your voice. I think, you know, a couple of points that I have with it are #1 just pick it up. That's the first step, Pick up the phone and just start talking to people because with practice it will get better. I was terrible in my first few years of being on the phone. Like I said, I over talked, I rushed and can I still make numbers? Absolutely. It was just not fun and so as I started putting in more practice, I got better and better.
