Great ideas, Ben Wright! I've also found it helpful to send over videos walking through the actual checkout process. Often times there can be small blockers that exist even after everyone's signed off on the purchase, so a quick video showing them exactly what to expect when they go to activate their subscription can give them that last bit of confidence to grab the card from finance and get their onboarding started!
