I just read Hooked by Nir Eyal and it's eye-opening! 👀💡 Ever wonder why some products are so hard to put down? Eyal digs into the secrets behind products we can't stop using. Here's what I learned: -Make habit-forming products that customers use without even thinking about it. -Understand what makes your users tick (or click). It's not just about external nudges, but those inner itches too. -Less is more. Think of one-click aha moments. -Offer rewards that satisfy users' needs and keep them engaged. -Get users involved! The more time and effort people put in, the more they'll want to keep using your product. If you're curious about why we use the products we do, or if you want to make something people love, "Hooked" is a must-read.
