The 4 year rule has disappeared in England from today. If you have projects that were already completed before today then they would still be eligible under the 4 years, but anything that is completed from today onwards needs to be in place for 10 years to avoid enforcement from now on. You can still apply for a CLEUD using the 4 years as that was obviously finished before today but the vitally important thing here is to be able to prove the timescales of whatever you have previously done without planning permission; if you aren’t 100% sure that you can prove it then you may want to avoid alerting the council to your breach.

1st Dec 2024 2154hrs: On the few occasions the internet trickles-in I take the opportunity to say currently, estranged witches the gay-pimp & quickie-prostitute (substantiated) begIn conniving in the out-kitchen at supper you gotta keep peeping lest you eat puky regurgled foods as if I'd asked to come to their abode. Meanwhile, I thank my girls for the efforts they’re showing to wanna meet, patch, catch-up, tango or simply put: date. I urge them not to slight me withe estranged witches and/or go the loo-bat’s J.M.’s way of animism-witchcraft or dumb, rudimentary, non-verbal language or hold brief for her & rather use verbal, precise, sound-logic to directly give me a call at: (+254723047863 or +254764087863) so we set the ball rolling. I love you one, I love you all. NB: Basic hygiene bathing-&-washing barsoap plus 24/7-indoors-imposed-pauperism-zombie-occultism resolved by 3rd Dec for now as I cyber-typeset Civil Appeal.
