🚀 Midweek Momentum: The Bank Holiday Hustle! 🚀 Hello LinkedIn family! Here we are again—Hump Day has arrived, and despite the recent Bank Holiday, it feels like the week hasn't missed a beat. Isn't it curious how these shorter weeks often seem to demand the intensity of a full five days’ work crammed into four? I spent the extended weekend deep in the trenches at our Brentwood depot, catching up and prepping for numerous new site launches. There’s no rest for the driven! Today finds me back at the mothership—Jangro Ltd HQ in Bolton, right next to the buzzing Toughsheet Community Stadium. A quick shoutout to Bolton Wanderers for clinching a spot in the Play-off finals—what an electrifying atmosphere here! I’m in Bolton for our regular Group Development committee meeting, where we plot the future growth of Jangro. We’re brewing some exciting developments in the background, and I can’t wait to share them with you all. Later tonight, I'll be heading south to Shrewsbury, gearing up for an early morning rendezvous with Chris Martin at CMYKUK to explore some nifty new printers for our production team. Always on the lookout for tech that boosts our efficiency and creativity! And speaking of tech, I'm eagerly anticipating next week's adventure at Interclean Amsterdam. It promises to be a whirlwind of meetings, reconnecting with old friends, forging new partnerships, and diving into the latest industry tech and products. As I am currently sitting at the gate at #HeathrowAirport waiting for my (again) delayed flight back to Germany, I found some time to reflect on the last four weeks which mark the completion of my first month at #OC #OsborneClarke. A few takeaways and insights I want to share:   1️⃣ Whether or not the onboarding at a new place works out is a combination of many factors; however, first and foremost it is a question of whether you are being welcomed with open arms and the right spirit - thanks to the team at #OC, check on both aspects - I can't help but feel incredibly grateful for the warm welcome, the supportive team, and the great experiences I've had so far. It's been inspiring to see how every member of the team was, and still is ready to lend a helping hand or share valuable insights. #teamtomorrow 2️⃣ While a new beginning always requires some time to adapt and settle in, it is also a great opportunity to re-adjust your ability to learn. I'm more than excited about the endless possibilities for development that lie ahead. Basically every day presents an opportunity to expand my skills, broaden my horizons, and ultimately, become even more embedded in the #OC network. 3️⃣ Finally, onboarding is also a question of prioritizing - meeting new colleagues & clients, setting up the IT, aligning with BD and other functions within the firm (btw, thanks so much for the incredible help so far; in particular, thx to Dr. Andrea Schmoll and all the other #IP partners and associates, Anja Jähnel, John Madre, the entire team of #TAs and so many more). Unfortunately, all these things can't be done at the same time, so please be both, patient and lenient. I am trying hard meeting everybody and getting in touch - if not yet happened, please do chase me, I am always open for a lunch, coffee or simply a chat …   ➡ So, again, thank you to everyone at #osborneclarke for making these first four weeks a remarkable experience. I'm eager to continue this journey together, celebrating successes, and creating lasting memories along the way.   Here's to many more milestones and achievements !   🚀 #NewBeginnings #TeamSpirit #Gratitude

The cultural differences are minor, but I've noticed a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
