It is my favorite time of the day where I can strategize on the day ahead. I grab my coffee and settle in. First step is to scan our support que and see if anyone throughout the America’s needs technical assistance. I find it very satisfying to get a customer on track to success with our technical support. Often it is time to head to the airport! 💡 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 … I like to learn! My position every day brings something new. Helping existing customers and training new customers gives a real sense of accomplishment. I continually learn new features all the time.
