Day 3 of Africa Tech Festival and that is a wrap for me! I leave Africa Tech Festival 2024 behind me feeling inspired and optimistic about the futures that we are creating in Africa. I have met and networked with some of the most amazing people with the most awe-inspiring stories. I will share these stories over the next couple of weeks. Excited for what these collaborations can bring and the futures we can create together. Interestingly one of the highlights of this event, where a lot of networking takes place, was the panel discussion on networking that I attended today. The discussion was lead by Matshepo Sehloho with the panel consisting of Ayanda Siboto, Kimlynn Temple and Hassan Adam. Some of the takeaways that I bring back to my team at Salt: - Try, fail, learn, go again, - Adding to your network is more important than taking from it, - Take care of the relationship outside of the work, - There is no blueprint for fitting in (loved this Ayanda Siboto) - Don't tell a story that you think wants to be heard, be authentic, - Show appreciation, your network consists of humans, not resources, - Keep putting yourself in awkward situations, - Skip the video meeting, go for the coffee, - Connect your connections, - Increasing your network, increases your net worth, - Leave the room with more than it had before you entered it, - We all have imposter syndrome, deal with it. Thanks so much for bringing your authentic selves to the conversation today, I learned a lot.

It takes the wisdom of the elders, (and young people's energy to win). As a partner for Campus collaborations for the Generation Now project of EMY Africa, we happened to not only witness but also contribute to a one-of-a-kind three (3) day expo ¬ EMY Africa Expo 2024. One of the major highlights for us was the Inspiring Greatness Forum. This is just a glimpse of the brands and personalities that graced the event. Alex Dadey, Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong, Jesse Agyepong, Elsie Effah Kaufmann, PhD, Charles Abani, Dr. Ellen Hagan, Kojo Soboh, Ibrahim Mahama, Elliot Dadey (KGL FOUNDATION), Frances Quarcoopome, Kafui Dey, Adjetey Anang, Albert Chris Soboh, Frank Tsikata and Yvonne Osei Adobea. P.S. Which of the personalities is your role model? Please check the comment section for the full brochure.

Let talk about the Promoting Innovation and Growth in the Oyo ecosystem
To foster growth and innovation in an ecosystem that demands more talent and tech expertise, we must actively seek and nurture opportunities for development. While talented individuals yearn for growth and opportunities, it's the collective effort of communities and individuals that truly propels them forward. Lagos has served as a prime example, retaining talent and fostering opportunities through partnerships and collaborations. We can replicate this success in our ecosystem by building communities of talent dedicated to promoting innovation beyond the confines of events. Join us on ATC Africa X space on September 30th, 2024, as we delve into Promoting Innovation and Growth in the ecosystem. In recent times, we’ve seen numerous case studies on China’s rise to becoming a global economic powerhouse—and one thing is clear: this rise was no accident. 💯 Through strategic initiatives like special economic zones, robust vocational training, and policies such as the "Made in China" and "Thousand Talents Plan," China cultivated a highly skilled workforce, emerging as the global center for innovation and manufacturing. Africa now stands at a similar crossroads, brimming with opportunities to become a global leader in the digital economy. 💚 At Itana, we’re seizing this moment by building Africa’s first digital free zone—a hub for talent discovery, development, and deployment, amongst many others. With our cutting-edge Itana district that will combine innovation, training, and world-class living spaces (our live, work, and play environment), we’re shaping the future of work and entrepreneurship in Africa. 'I think one of the key features of partnering with Bosco for their conferences has been always, you know, you get to meet a lot of people [...], you're able to find synergies in the kind of work that you do together, and that actually leads to business collaboration, which is really good for our business [...]'. Such an open feedback we received from Kumar Pratik CS Global Partners - Government Citizenship Solutions® when he participated in InvestPro Istanbul as a Partner. It is not first time CS Global attends and definitely not the last. We agree with him: while companies struggle to stay solid in the market, the wise ones attend our conferences and contact people who are interested in what these companies offer. 📌 We invite Partners and Sponsors to conduct successful deals with Bosco Conference. You will be able to choose a package which will be the most suitable for your needs. Exhibit or Speak before the audience and make yourself remembered. 🔑 InvestPro is the easiest way to strengthen your position in professional field, because Bosco Conference team values its Sponsors and prepares events with all efforts we have. Always. Whatever it takes. So, drop us a line and we will reply. Act like a wise one. See full invitation & feedback here 👇🏻
