This one is an augmented reality project made in unity to show information of animals and their behavior. This one is made with AR foundation kit and AR core in unity. The AR application is used to track down an image and show the object on that part. Here I have used an cube which contains QR marks so it is easy to track the images by each side of the cube. #unity #augmentedreality #unity3d #AR

Its amazing what a little bit of post processing can do to make a scene look so much better. Neon lights seem more Neoney(surprised that’s actually a word) Colors seem more vibrant. Lights are more visible. And some city walls and a finished road way makes a dull scene even if its a block out look so much better. Now to add a nav mesh and get back to work on combat. #unity #madeinunity #indiedev #gamedev #unity3d

🎮 Day 7 of COESIS Knowledge Quest: Adding Jumping and Gravity to My Player Movement! 🚀 Today, I leveled up my player movement system by introducing jumping and gravity to make the gameplay feel more dynamic and realistic. It was fascinating to see the character respond to physics-based interactions! Key Features Added: ✅ Gravity Simulation: The player now experiences a constant pull downward when not grounded, ensuring a realistic falling effect. ✅ Jumping Mechanic: Added a jump feature that allows the player to leap when pressing the jump button, but only if grounded. ✅ Ground Detection: Used a Physics.CheckSphere to determine whether the player is on the ground, preventing mid-air jumps. What I Learned: 1️⃣Physics in Unity: How to use gravity and movement vectors to simulate natural motion. 2️⃣Ground Check Logic: The importance of accurately detecting when the player is grounded to avoid floating or unintended behavior. Next Steps: I’m excited to take what I’ve learned and start exploring third-person movement systems! This means: Implementing a follow camera for a third-person perspective. Adjusting movement mechanics to align with camera direction.
