Current cancer screening methods are limited to imaging, with liquid biopsies only approved for colorectal screening. Breast and lung cancer screenings yield a high number of false positives, while colorectal tests involve invasive procedures. Recent recommendations to lower the screening age to 40 add pressure, especially in underserved areas. A simple and effective screening method is needed to test the recommended population. Definitive Diagnostics tested 273 patient blood samples for five cancers with a sensitivity of 99%, specificity of 97%, and a cancer tissue of origin accuracy of 98%. Our innovative biomarker patterns can also differentiate lung and ovarian cancer subtypes effectively. Our goal is to reduce false results by 90%.
