To apply, use the link(s) provided. 🚨 Job Opportunity Alert: M&E Advisor (Agri Commodities Business Unit) 🚨 Location: Various (Dependent on Country Office) Organization: IDH - The Sustainable Trade Initiative Type: Full-Time Salary: EUR 3,830 - 4,788 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance) Overview: IDH is seeking a proactive and pragmatic M&E Advisor for their Agri Commodities Business Unit. This role involves generating insights relevant for Business Unit management and ensuring high-quality M&E deliverables, including KPI planning, interpretation reporting, and third-party evaluations. The M&E Advisor will support the creation of a results-based management culture and inspire colleagues to adopt data-driven approaches. Key Responsibilities: Lead successful base, mid, and endline evaluations. Coordinate and assure quality of KPI reporting. Provide technical support on M&E deliverables. Coordinate evaluations by external service providers. Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data. Ensure quality assurance of reporting data. Develop guidance materials and conduct training/workshops. Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. 5 years of M&E experience in an international NGO, consultancy, or private sector. Experience in agricultural and/or environmental sectors is an asset. Understanding of value chains, private sector development, and systems change. Experience with qualitative and quantitative KPIs. Data-management skills and experience with data visualization (PowerBI). Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
