We’re at the ADEPT Live Labs 2 Expo on 17th April in Birmingham! 🚘 Live Labs 2 is a 3 year, £30 million, UK-wide programme that is leading the way on the decarbonisation of local highways infrastructure and assets. The 7 Live Labs 2 projects, headed by local authorities in partnership with the private sector and academia, will put decarbonisation at the heart of local roads strategy and management. The programme will run until March 2026 and is being funded by the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom and managed by ADEPT. This year’s event brings together those keen to accelerate this transformation to meet key climate commitments, ready to discuss innovation, services and technologies currently in development, and setting out priorities for the years to come. 🎯 Not only are we proud to be sponsoring the jam-packed Live Labs 2 Expo, but we’re thrilled that one of our own experts is speaking at the event - Romain Pison, Director of Decarbonisation. Romain will be discussing ‘Redefining roads: Broadening the UK’s transport decarbonisation strategy’ during the first session of the day. Romain will speak about ground-breaking developments in road construction and maintenance, and how these can catalyse an inclusive approach to carbon reduction within the UK’s transport ecosystem. If you’re at the event, make sure you attend Romain’s talk and come and chat to us at our SYSTRA stand! 🤝 https://loom.ly/UtvcbJE Duncan Irons, Landor LINKS Ltd #LiveLabs2 #LiveLabs2Expo #climatechange #climateresilience #decarbonisation #netzero #innovation #collaboration #transportdecarbonisation #transport #transportevent #highways #infrastructure #transporttechnology #sustainability

Thank you City Transport & Traffic Innovation Magazine for letting me share my thoughts on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data will impact urban mobility in 2024. In the fast-evolving world we live in, identifying patterns and trends in people travel habits and how they change can be challenging. I believe that mobility data and AI combined together will help distinguish those shifts in travel behaviour quickly, thus helping transport operators to align with people travel requirements faster.
