So this was the first year we actually entered these awards and, and ironically enough, we had three nominations in all three of them took home an award which we were over the top thrilled about. To us, it it, it just reinforced that we made the right decision. Spearheading this change within the industry just opens up a lot of doors, not just for us as an organization to get more leads and more rentals, but really opens up hopefully the industry's eyes on on the potential there is out there. Providing housing for dogs very important, but I think the secondary part is there's a lot of unhoused pets at shelters right now and they're unable to get rescued simply because it's hard to find rental homes. So through this initiative, we're we're hoping to to provide an option for those dogs as well that might not have a home at all right now. One of the stories that really stands out to me was an individual toward one property and then a couple hours later we've heard about an individual that toward a different property. And these two properties are about 30 miles. Part come to find out it was the same prospect and they said they only were going to look at Sequoia properties given the fact that we had this new pet policy of removing breed restrictions and despite it being a 30 mile difference, they really wanted to live at a Sequoia property. So that doesn't show the reception of what it was. I mean, I don't know what does we focus heavily on on what our customers say about us, whether it's in surveys or in online reviews. And as a result of this, we've gotten a ton of online reviews, not just. Corporate level, but for specific properties regarding our pet policy and really how well received it is.
