HubSpot feature that has not gotten enough credit: The commenting mode 💬 Especially when used in workflows! This has improved a lot since the first introduction of comments on marketing assets some years back. Here is a use case we have not taken enough advantage of: Adding comments to give context in automations and dashboards. Even if no one is tagged or needs to react to the information, you can make it easier for colleagues to understand complex elements of an automation, or why they should not change actions that seem to be out of place.
