A week ago I was preparing to fly back from this fantastic conference. It is a big business expense to travel out to the USA but the content and energy of this event, the connections made and action plan lists I've created are worth every penny! Some local agents to me are telling clients that I'm growing "too fast". The reason for my speedy start, increased market share, higher fees, and growing team (now 11 in my brand and 20 overall group) is because of .... THE SUPPORT OF EXP Watching, collaborating and learning from those exceptional agents in the US, and around me in the UK means I am, mostly, making decisions on my business that others have proven before me. Also, not making mistakes that others have made before me! Yes, I'm sure looking into #expuk can look a bit pyramid to us uneducated and inherently suspicious Brits. Open your eyes to a new way of people higher in your organisation (mine include incredible business leaders) who WANT you to succeed just like they have...because they also WIN if you do.
