Learning and Growing… What a combination to describe my journey so far! From a person who had no clear idea which path to take in his career to becoming a person full of motivation and hunger to learn and grow non-stop. It’s been almost 2 years since I started this learning journey, where I had 0 experience and 0 knowledge in my field. Due to this reason, I faced many struggles and difficulties in understanding most topics in my studies. Yet, at the same time, this was also the beginning of my feeling of constant learning and growing for knowledge, where I enjoyed the struggle of it. Day by day, I boosted my confidence in the field I love to work in now! It was a tough one, but, for sure, full of enjoyment (even a bit of scary enjoyment in those moments when I couldn’t sleep for a couple of days while working on my first programming project 🤯). I found the perfect career to focus on and learn constantly! As can also be seen from the picture, I was very honored to be recognized by my Kempower colleagues for being chosen as the Learner and Grower of the Year 2023 in my unit! It was surprising, as I have many amazing colleagues and teammates with whom I feel fortunate to be and share my career journey. It would not have been this much of a pace of learning and growing without them! Thus, I thank each one of them who has helped me with this learning path, especially during my traineeship period this past summer and afterward! Kempower and the unit I have worked in so far will always have a special place for me! It’s been a good journey, and I feel highly motivated while preparing to select a Bachelor’s thesis topic to finalize my studies and working as a part-time trainee at Kempower, where I gain much-needed practical knowledge and enjoy the feeling of contributing and helping my team. I am very interested and hungry to continue on my path and see what more exciting challenges I will have to solve, learn, and grow with fun! 🚀🚀 #traineeship #personaldevelopment #motivation
