If you want to outperform your competitors... 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: Do what they aren’t willing to do. • Put in more time. • Give more value. • Go the extra mile for clients. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁… He was doing all his coaching with a simple system. Nothing too structured… Just giving people what they want. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲. I asked him: 𝘋𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦? His answer: 𝘍*𝘤𝘬 𝘯𝘰. So we audited his full delivery process: • Done a complete customer practice run • Ripped his delivery process to shreds. • And Rebuilt it back up. But this time… 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲. With that: • He has more confidence in his service. • He appears more authoritative to clients. • He’s seen as an industry leader. Which means: He can now charge more. Gap between him and his competitors achieved ✅.
