Dear Concern, This is for intimation that i have booked an order having order # SR-932333 containing a men's chappal size 44.  On receiving of the parcel it was found that i received size 43 which was totally wrong so i return the parcel to rider and he refused to receive back and upon arguments with him to take it back, he was much rude and aggressive and tried to beat me three to four times in front of my home location. On your website it is mentioned that no exchange/return will be accepted in case of sale items so it means you people can send anything/any size of your choice just because you are giving a discount of some amount?? It's a total rubbish policy and not acceptable as majority of companies are offering allow to open before payment services just to make sure customer satisfaction and you are totally opposite to that. It is a request to investigate the issue and rider yourself and reply me otherwise i will file a FIR against the rider and your company and will see you also on social media platforms. Looking forward for your response.
