Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Centricity- Customer Empathy Index (CEI)
Enhance service response by Implementing CEI parameters. Service Quality Index (SQI) -Implement & Monitor the dealer wise progress on weekly basis & drive for targeted achievement.
· Network Planning & Infrastructure
Implement action for Upgrading dealer service infrastructure & resources. Identify training needs of workshop in-charge /supervisor, mechanics, parts in charge etc.
· Product & Process - Planning & Execution
To do proper L1 analysis for all the product quality concerns and raise Service Concern report (SCR) to HO. Conduct field trials for new products, design modification & Retro fitments. Provide technical support for peculiar product concerns. Implement and monitor service processes- Service initiations (PDI, Installation, FS & PS), Buniyad Disha Vikas (BDV) & SOPS for process, meetings & events. Implement and monitor the adherence. Collate and submit periodical reports to RSM/HO. Manage float stocks, Demo tractors, Field trial tractors, Depot operations etc.
· Dealer Management
Analyse and approve the warranty claims and facilitate dealer in claims settlement. Implement ABC & FMS analysis. Timely reordering of the parts as per the Potential/MOL. Plan and conduct activities like Service camps, Local mechanics and customer meets, Promotional schemes etc., New dealer
Hand holding and alignment on service. Plan & execute JCP for effective coverage along with clear agenda. Performance check of all service parameters, Provide corrective action plans & supports, participate in activities, Training, customer visits etc. Document all the discussion points during dealer visits through Dealer Visit Report (DVR).
· People Management
Recruit & Conduct On the job and On-site trainings. Share the Information on Product, Process, and Business & Market. Passionately drive all incentives/R&R schemes for dealer manpower.
· Financial /Revenue Management
Documentation of all inspections, maintenance, service work and submission of reports on timely basis.
Spare parts revenue generation.
· Service Quality & Efficiency
Understanding on EL warranty policy and implementation.
What we are looking for:
5+years of experience in #aftersalesservice preferably in the #tractors and #construction equipment industry.
