IoT The “Internet of things” is a very powerful tool. There are special applications where multiple sites/systems’ information and status’ can be displayed, in real time, in one web-based location. This also starts a conversation around metadata and analytics, which is highly useful. You could use it to optimise power consumption, prove regular system maintenance is valuable, or even preempt catastrophic failure. Having the right information is extremely powerful! Training Whether one attendee, or fifty, we can provide training for controls, supervisory, IoT, refrigeration systems, and much more. Training material, scope, and location to be determined following enquiry. Commissioning On site controls commissioning support and remote options.

Property management is an industry with a host of complex challenges, but technology is now able to streamline many of these processes. There are a number of new technologies that are poised to change the property management landscape, but the ones I find most interesting are: Internet of Things (IoT) Sensors IoT sensors are being deployed in buildings around the world to monitor various parameters like temperature, humidity, and air quality in real-time. This allows property managers to detect anomalies, identify hazards like mould and dampness, and take proactive measures to promptly address them. Predictive analytics software Predictive analytics software can analyse historical data to forecast future trends and identify patterns indicative of potential risks. By leveraging this software, property managers can anticipate maintenance needs, prioritise inspections, and prevent incidents before they occur. Cloud-based management systems Cloud-based management systems can centralise data storage, streamline communication, and enable remote access to real-time building information. This can improve team collaboration and facilitate quick decision-making so that issues can be promptly identified and addressed. I don’t think it will be too long before we see solutions like this become more widespread, which is great, as they will both enhance operational efficiency for property managers and improve the lives of tenants.
