Is AI going to impact the election?
Most of us have seen deepfakes and social media bots aiming to influence the election. But a bigger problem is the potential for AI-driven cyberattacks targeting election infrastructure. Cyber pros need to prepare by securing infrastructure, monitoring for anomalies, planning for incidents, collaborating on intelligence, educating the public, and conducting attack simulations.
Join us at Cybertech NYC tomorrow for important discussions about this and other critical cyber issues!

Have you heard? 4 Years to $100m, followed by 100% year over year growth achieving $200m in ARR, and now a Series D funding round closed for $250m (led by Wellington Management.)
This is a moment for us no doubt. However, the real lasting impact is when we can help so many people protect themselves from the advanced threats that are coming in every day from cyber criminals.
I am humbled and so appreciative for being a part of this journey and working with such an amazing team here at Abnormal Security.
Go ahead, be human.

Abnormal Security is continuing to reach new heights 🚀
Today, we are excited to announce the close of $250 million in Series D financing, at a $5.1 billion valuation.
Led by Wellington Management, with participation from earlier investors including Greylock, Menlo Ventures, Insight Partners and CrowdStrike Falcon Fund, this latest round of funding will allow Abnormal to continue with our growth ambitions, protecting even more humans across the world through the power of AI.
This funding round is the latest on a streak of milestones we've hit recently – from surpassing $200 million in ARR and growing 100% year over year, to earning the trust of 2,400+ customers, including 17% of the Fortune 500 – all in just five years.
Today, Abnormal remains one of the fastest-growing cyber companies ever, and we're still just getting started.

While generative AI can help strengthen cybersecurity, hackers can also leverage the same technology to do harm, argues Sarah Hammer, Esq., Founder and Executive Director of Finance at Wharton's Cypher Accelerator, in MarketWatch: https://whr.tn/3zu1eOJ
In order to improve national security, Hammer urges government agencies to enforce regulations and invest in AI and financial institutions to prioritize data governance and education in order to defend against cyberthreats.
