As a professional Talent Leader and People Ops Director, if they ask you to do a "skills assessment," DON'T DO IT! They use this to gain your information, resources, and knowledge; after you do all that unpaid work just for the next interview step (which they have way too many steps for 2024), you will receive a generic "thanks, but no thanks" email from Hallie with no explanation. I share this because I fell for their trick and just got rejected for a role. I should have known better, sharing so you don't learn the hard way, too. I can accept that I may not have been the right fit, but after working on that assessment for three days, the least you can do is speak to me on the phone and share some feedback instead of just stealing my work. Seven Starling, change your interviewing practices and be more professional!
