From May 13th - 19th, we're joining the global movement to prioritise and raise awareness of employee well-being during Mental Health Awareness Week. This year's theme, "Movement: Moving more for our mental health," highlights the connection between physical activity and mental well-being. At Kersia UK, we're committed to supporting the mental health of our employees. Did you know that approximately 1 in 6 people in the UK experience mental health challenges in the workplace?
