In this 2 months of my Presidency period I had couple of success and lots of failure too. But it gives me huge learning lesson and satisfaction that I tried strategically. It brought my maturity to next level in a very short period. ✅ Successfully restructured my organization after a huge downfall. ✅ Activated 8 departments in well-structured shape. ✅ Made collaboration and organized one of the Nation's biggest Career Carnival. ✅ Sorted out lots of conflicts between internal and external stakeholders; ensured a healthy work culture inside. ⛔ Failed in a big TedX collaboration due to National political instability. ⛔ Failed to organize a short recruitment due to intersession. ⛔ Slipped a totally new innovative activity collaboration with a reputed company. But every steps brought up a new version of my brain. Which made me more confident than 2 months ago.

Failure is normal; use it as a learning tool for the future. Congratulations on restructuring your organization and organizing a career carnival.

Situations may not always be in our favour, so these type of failures are more than normal and occurs frequently. However, you truly fail when you do not learn from these situations and prepare for the future. I believe, you do have the capability learn and adapt Rishad bhai!
