Draft Beer Equipment and Dispensing expert with a strategic understanding of the industry as a whole
OPERATORS Training, coaching, and supervision of your bartenders is absolutely essential to insure maximum profitability. Have your Draft Beer Installer train you so you can train your team. How to correctly wash glasses. Use a drip pan rinser. And most important. How to correctly pour a beer. Keep your faucet out of my Beer! It's gross. Who knows what is collecting on the outside of that faucet.

The Girl for your Grounds...Working with facilities managers to deliver safe, attractive outdoor spaces 🌺 🌳 🐝 ❄️
You don't have to be the best to be their favourite. Think about it. You probably have a favourite... Shop. Child (jokes) Teacher. Colleague. Restaurant. Football Team. They're your favourite cos of the way they make you feel. Not because they're the best. I know I aren't the best business development person in the grounds maintenance industry. Far from it. But I'm good with that... Cos I could be your favourite 💚 Have you got a favourite from the list above? #GroundsMaintenance

*💢Fact today😊💢* Companies sometimes make the dumbest decisions. In 2001, Burger King (BK) held motivational training sessions at a corporate retreat for its employees. One of the activities was a firewalking exercise, where each of the 100 attendees was expected to walk barefoot across an eight-foot stretch of hot coals. The team-building exercise resulted in several employees suffering from burns on their soles. After the incident, BK's motivational coach, Robert Kallen, remarked, _"Some people just have incredibly sensitive feet."_ Not surprisingly, the media severely criticised BK. As if completely oblivious to this incident, a group of Kentucky Fried Chicken managers conducted a similar firewalk at a corporate conference the following year, resulting in even more injuries than those at BK! In contrast to the comment made by BK's coach, a KFC manager stated after the event, _"We're exploring what went wrong."_ *💢🤔Thought for the day🤔💢* Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.

Some new work for Company of Cooks and this really highlights some of the reasons I love working with them: 1. They’re brave. Company of Cooks always pushes us to raise the bar and deliver even better work. While others in their industry might stick to the usual playbook, they embrace bold ideas that set them apart. 2. They’re action-oriented. Instead of just talking about culture and impact, they live it. I'm a big believer in showing, not telling. Like in this video – we could’ve gone the easy route with a scripted piece hitting buzzwords, but what’s more authentic than just letting their staff chat (over a few drinks!)? 3. They value quality. Great production value matters and this video looks incredible. That’s no accident – it’s what happens when a company sees the value in investing in high-quality content. We’ve become Company of Cooks' trusted video partner, meaning we truly know their business, their people, and their values, which results in better work.
At the heart of Company of Cooks, you’ll find our team! Our people are the essence of everything that goes into our business, and we’re excited to share a glimpse of the passion, creativity and dedication that drives us each day. See what makes our culture so special. Craft, Creativity, Community. We are Company of Cooks. #CompanyOfCooks #InsideCompanyofCooks #MollysHoxton #AfterHours #Teamwork #Community
