Dear Recruiters and Hiring Managers....the job market is tough for candidates right now. We get that you are busy and have a million applicants, but don't forget that your candidates have likely created an account, verified that account, uploaded their resume then proceeded to type all of those same things into your ATS, answered a million questions about their gender and sexuality that are completely irrelevant to their work performance only to receive some kind of automated message. They repeat this process about a trillion times before starting the interview process (and don't get me started on the interview process). It's a broken process that can be fixed.
