Sir Darwin John Moises was my boss at Sykes Asia. Along with the amazing Cherry Durano, Renato Vicedor, MBA, LSSBB, and Erna Ferrer - Rubillos, he shaped my work ethic, love for data, and having a never-say-die attitude when it comes to work, especially when filling hiring ramps and meeting our SLAs . Sir DJ was so amazing that standing next to him made you want to be a better person. For most people, integrity is just a byword, he lived it. He always inspires people and let them shine. He has always been supportive of everyone. Literally, the person who grows people to become amazing leaders themselves. He is the type of man you read about in books. He's the blueprint of everything I want to be as a leader- especially in this day and age when the word "director" has been cheapened by people without abilities and everyone can be a CEO including someone, who owns a barbecue stall. You are the sum of all the people, you have worked with. So I take so much pride in my former bosses.
