This is the 10th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Crew-6, SES O3b mPOWER, USSF-124, and six Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

SpaceX successfully launched 20 Starlink internet satellites from Florida, marking the 16th mission for this booster. The Falcon 9 rocket lifted off at 4:55 a.m. EDT after a brief delay due to technical issues. The first stage landed on the droneship "A Shortfall of Gravitas" in the Atlantic Ocean. These satellites, including 13 with direct-to-cell capabilities, aim to provide connectivity without the need for phone modifications or special apps. This launch contributes to the expanding Starlink megaconstellation, which already includes over 6,150 operational satellites. SpaceX continues its missions to build out this network while also focusing on developing next-gen vehicles like Falcon Heavy and Starship for future space exploration endeavors. SpaceX has just done the impossible in catching the Super Heavy Booster with the catching arms from its launch tower! The engineering behind this is simply insane and the engineers who have worked on this deserve all the praise they get. SpaceX is miles ahead of any other launch provider and it's hard to imagine another country where this innovation, this ambition could have succeeded. Definitely not in Europe that's for sure.
