Three things I've learned after being a part of the hospitality industry: 1. There's always scope for improvement Just because your task is done doesn't mean your job is. As someone working in hospitality, there is always scope to make your customer's experience better. So if you can do it, you absolutely must do it. 2. Every little thing counts Your guest's experience starts right from the moment they book a table at your restaurant or a room at your hotel. Ensuring that everyone in the team is actively striving to elevate a guest's experience can make a lot of difference. 3. Listen more, talk less Actively listening to your customers can not only allow you to do better as a business but also prevent avoidable miscommunications and conflicts.
