Oh boy. The truth in this will resound through the creative universe irrespective of industry. You hire creative people to enhance your image then wont let them do their thing because somehow the tech guy who is engaged with business, operations, and coding knows more than the art guy whose sole job is to make beautiful things. The portfolio looks crap for such creative sector employees. If the bosses knew better than the help they hired they should give them the exact designs they want and need. Does it make sense to ask the artist to put their heart and mind into researching the best designs just to receive comments like " nah man, this is not working, this wont work, i dont like it ". Tech and Business people should never lead the artists and vice versa. Period. The former should make sure the product or service works flawlessly & The latter should make sure that it looks good and works in the market. #design #personalview #saas #hiring

It's a defense mechanism that protects our ego. However, the act of blaming not only hinders our personal growth but also weakens our character. It prevents us from looking inward, understanding our mistakes, and learning from them. **The Power of Accountability** On the contrary, taking responsibility for our actions empowers us. Exactly. Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it. Macron, together with other world leaders, have become knee-jerk talking heads, with no sense of history or of what war is. If not for the cruelty of war in the 1940s, he and his family would be working for Nazi slave masters. William Tecumseh Sherman, the general who burned Atlanta to the ground and helped win the Civil War, famously said: "War is cruelty, and you cannot refine it; and those who brought war into our country deserve all the curses and maledictions a people can pour out. I know I had no hand in making this war, and I know I will make more sacrifices to-day than any of you to secure peace." This war was forced on Israel by #Hamas, #Iran, #Hezbollah, the #Houthis, #Syria and other enemies of #Israel and the free world. As with the #Nazis, once a war is forced, there is no choice but to win it. Israel does more than almost any country in history to mitigate the cruelty of war, but war remains cruel.
