Free to a good home! I’ve just uploaded my nTop workflow for automatically creating vacuum forming patterns for blister packs. Just import your STL file, set a few parameters and, a few seconds later, you have your pattern ready to print or machine. The workflow can be downloaded here: https://lnkd.in/gmiCingX It’s all pretty straight forward, but the 3 cunning things I have done were: Eliminate any undercuts by using the ‘manufacturing support volume’ support material block, create the draft by using an ‘offset’ block with a ramp to drive the offset, and use the ‘section’ block to create the curve used to conformally position the vacuum holes around the part.
