My money is blocked due to you for more than 24 hours, but you and your company don’t have the so much sense to get my issue resolved… I have registered a complaint against you in NPCI and consumer court regarding the same…. And will be posting thoroughly how you people do frauds in all social media platforms

3moAs a merchant i will say that PhonePe's payment gateway team is the worst. The head of onboarding team, Kamal Lochan Das, is an unprofessional and incompetent person. He lacks the basic professional decency of acknowledgement, problem solving attitude & leadership skills. As a merchant I had highlighted 5-6 problems to him & his team of which not a single problem was solved. Instead he swept it under the rug by not acknowledging it. He lacks basic communication skills. Doesn't answer calls, doesn't respond to mails, which is a primary requirement in a corporate job. His entire business vertical/ department is mismanaged. Pathetic experience. May he be sacked.
