So today we found out that Fyre Festival is officially back. As we all know, Fyre Festival was an absolute disaster when it hit the headlines in 2017 after the falsely advertised "luxury festival experience." It's now back for round 2 in 2024. I remember watching the Netflix documentary and learning about the marketing strategy behind Fyre Festival and witnessing amazing hype (everyone knew about it), yet terrible delivery. This was the perfect example of false advertising. Now, I'm curious to see what Billy's new campaign brings for Fyre Festival II. NEW IN THE CREATIVE CONTEST White Square, one of the world's most recognized creativity festivals, continues accepting entries. The deadline for submitting entries is May 3, but there are discounted fees until March 31. Annually White Square Festival updates the nominations according to the current global tendencies. This year new contests have been added to Creative Contest: FS. FILM. SECTORS, PS. PRINT. SECTORS, OS. OUTDOOR. SECTORS, which are designed to demonstrate creativity in video, print and outdoor advertising for different types of goods and services, respectively. There are also other new nominations in Creative Contest: F4 Pre-rolls, O5 Transit, O6 Live Advertising and Events, K9 Collaboration of brands and U8 Use of Channel Integration.
