I'm hiring C-suite executives for healthcare & tax job functions | Roles I'm hiring for Director of Surgical Services, Director of Pharmacy, CEO, ACFO, Tax Partner, Tax Director, Tax Manager |

Steal this hack to find a job in Q4. Reach out to recruiters. You are right that's not the hack. Here it is. Do you understand what's niche? No. Let me explain to you. Every recruiter is working on some specific roles and industry. Example- I work on #ServiceNow, #Workday, #Sailpoint and Nisha Singh works on healthcare roles. Rest all my team at Brance Global works for #Accounting roles. So what you have to do is. Reach out to recruiters as per your industry and niche. You can find recruiters as per niche via a boolean search. Now what is a boolean search? Boolean search is a technique used by recruiters to find candidates. And it's very simple. Let's assume you want to find a #ServiceNow recruiter. You need to type this("Recruiter"AND"ServiceNow") LinkedIn search bar. You will get the list of all the recruiters hiring for #ServiceNow roles. Our team has more than 100+ roles to fill in the USA. So if you are looking for a new role in Q4. Please reach out to any member of Brance Global. We would love to help you find your next role. We have openings in IT, Healthcare, Accounting, and Manufacturing.
