Last week, I had the privilege of joining some amazing leaders, Greg Godbout, Eric Walloga, Peter Boivin, Chris Saroka, and Melanie Bauman in their Sales Director Business Reviews. Today, as I reflect on all that was discussed, it reminds me of this quote: "Success does not come from doing what you can do. It comes from overcoming what you once thought you could not do." Cheers to the companies (like Vericast) and leaders who invest in improving their people; you demonstrate your commitment to winning in a bigger way. 🥂 #b2bsales #leadership #salesenablement

Hello, I need part # DPNLCB208MRK). I called 1-800 BE-SHARP (CASE#9554460). DPNLCB220MRK was listed in manual. This part does not have correct wiring connection from control board to oven. I called 1-800 BE-SHARP (CASE#9554460). I was told SHARP stopped manufacturing the part (DPNLCB208MRK) 8 years ago. However, the manufacturing stamp on the Microwave Drawer (DPNLCB208MRK) was AUGUST 2021. The service representative stated a contracted service tech could call SHARP and request the part. SHARP would then deliver the part to the service tech who would then install the part. I asked how would engaging a service tech help to find the part. The service rep did not have an answer. I stated I did not want a service tech I just wanted to part. I was told to call COMPASS (800-432-8542). They do not have the part and are unsure if SHARP is still manufacturing the part. Is SHARP assembling and selling a Microwave Drawer it for which it has not manufactured replacement parts for in 8 years? Is SHARP withholding replacement parts to only distribute through it approved service network? Is SHARP is intentionally committing fraud by stamping manufactured dates inconsistent with actual manufactured date?
