Hi all, I have come across a company Resource Pro in Bangalore hiring for US Insurance teamlead since Nov 15th 2023 till date. How come a hiring will extend for 7 months. Are they really hiring or name sake posting it. Are they not able to candidate since such a long time ?? Oh God. Even aptitude test which they conduct with 60 questions , 15 mins time limit only is very tricky to crack and even teamlead candidates should also complete apti test, which is not fair enough. On April 1st week, one of my candidate have cleared 4 rounds in that firm and 5th round director round F2F, he was telling to draft an insurance policy and they rejected him later and it for TL role. They even hire or consider candidates from Accounts or US mortgage background too, But still no proper interview procedure ! And one more thing whoever upload resume in their portal, they ask to update id proof details, which is not necessary, issue date and expiry date. why you need such details to add, None of firms ask all these ReSource Pro ?

My 5 friends attended TL interview there, no one got opportunity, they told never saw such kind of toughest interview process in their career. One of them got opportunity in one of the best company, he told me dont waste time by going to interview there.

Shashi Kumar Raj We are hiring (Specialists) not TL to be specific. It's not a team-handling role It's an individual contributor role. That's the reason the hiring approach is different than a typical BPO/KPO. It's equivalent to TL but not exactly a TL. There are certain core competencies expected: Must be hands-on and expert in Training employees Understands Quality parameters and audit framework Understands and has worked on SOP preparation Has experience in onboarding new clients/projects/tasks Can comprehend Client escalations well and prepare RCA accordingly Please do these basic checks before you share any profile ahead. Just an FYI.. we are hiring AMs and Managers as well. Many find our selection process weird/different but that's how we have succeeded in the last 20 years and continue to do... We are indeed different! All the best!

I personally got selected for Team Lead or the IC role for which hiring going on for 7 months as said by the person who has posted. They offered me a CTC compared to my previous CTC and since there was a relocation for me along with family, I tried to have a negotiation but that didn't work and for the second time again after a gap of 3 months, when I tried to have a contact with HR and trying to have some negotiation ls if possible they were at the same that this cannot happen and Now I am greatly employed at a Good Organisation with a better package. I really regret to say that a candidate's request is not considered according to his skill sets

Nowadays the interviews are just taken for name sake, I do have experience since 2-3 months and they are not hiring as I have a bunch of my friends facing the same issue. is that due to increment time for existing employees, even that is too hard ?
