Credit Controllers have one of the most challenging yet important roles in a business. It is a unique job that requires a combination of financial skills and knowledge. One of the main responsibilities of a Credit Controller is the ability to communicate with clients and customers professionally and solve any issues or queries they may have so that a mutual arrangement for some form of payment can be made. Although it may be difficult to express these your personal skills through a CV, make the effort to reinforce your knowledge and skills to the hiring managers whilst interviewing. You can do this by giving an example of how you dealt with a customer query not only efficiently but with compassion at the same time.
